Y-Cares is an initiative of GMA ’s subsidiary, YFM,  to organizes clean-up exercise to support the Ghana’s sanitation campaign exercise geared toward keeping the country clean to save lives. YFM also uses Y-Cares initiative to support orphanages across Ghana.  YFM is noted to be Ghana’s number one urban radio station with branches in Accra, Kumasi and Takoradi
