Kumasi residents who had registered to be part of the Live Inside and Win the Ride (LIWTR) reality show, turned up ready to be auditioned at the Kumasi City Mall.

Prospective contestants showed up at the Kumasi City Mall on Wednesday May 22 and went through the rigorous drills of the three judges by exhibiting their talents to convince the judges at the auditions.

The panel of judges was composed of Naa Dzee, host of Y Lounge; Kay Official, host of Myd Morning Radio Show and NY DJ, host of Ryse N Shyne, all of YFM Kumasi.

The entire process was fun filled as most of the candidates entertained both the judges and other prospective contestants who were waiting for their turn. Those who make it through the auditions at Kumasi are also a step closer to entering the car on June 7.

Commenting about the LIWTR Accra auditions, Ese Adjabeng, Project Manager for LIWTR reality show said “Our judges had a great time auditioning all the people. The contestants who came were also very prepared for the process. We look forward to yet another exciting audition at Takoradi as we get closer to choosing the 5 who would live in the car.”

The LIWTR team will be moving to Takoradi in the Western Region to handle the Takoradi auditions at the Takoradi Mall on May 24.

The concept of LIWTR competition by Global Media Alliance Group, owners of YFM, Happy FM and e. TV Ghana, is to bring together five individuals from different backgrounds across the country to endure sitting together in a Renault Duster SUV. During that period, contestants are evicted till there is one person left. The ‘last man/woman standing’ wins the car.

The 2019 ‘Live Inside and Win the Ride’ reality show is sponsored by Premium Motors (Distributors of Renault in Ghana), Accra Mall, Le Banzini Restaurant, Pizza Inn, Chicken Inn and Creamy Inn, Equator Mobile Phones Ghana Limited, Telefonika, Yah, Omega Securities and The Mall Pharmacy.
